Yesterday, in our World Jaguar Livestream Classroom, Kiki Li– Vice President of World Jaguar Group and General Manager of Shanghai Branch –shared her story and inspired many people. More than 2500+ people watched this livestream.

26 years ago, Kiki started her career with us as a documentation clerk. With dedication and the support of our unique"mentor culture", she grew from a newcomer into a core leader.

In 2017, she took on a critical challenge: turning around our struggling Shanghai branch in an unfamiliar market. Through resilience, continuous learning, and living our values of"Sincerity, Responsibility, Innovation,"she led the team to remarkable recovery and growth.

Kiki’s journey reflects the deep, mutual growth between an individual and a company. She says,“Home is no longer just my birthplace by the Songhua River, but the warm family of World Jaguar.”
